Speaker Bio:
Rhonda Hoffman is the Genealogy Specialist for the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library in New York State.  She is a ProGen 57 graduate and has had articles published in popular genealogy periodicals including the New York Researcher and NGS Magazine. Rhonda frequently lectures in Western New York and has been a featured presenter at the New York State Family History Conference.
